I graduated in Physics from the University of Pisa and Scuola Normale Superiore in 2015 with a thesis on thermal drag in one dimensional systems under the supervision of prof. Rosario Fazio and Leonardo Mazza.
I obtained my PhD from Columbia University (New York) in 2020 under the supervision of prof. Andrew Millis. I worked on non-equilibrium phase transition in correlated electronic systems and on the dynamics of photoexcited electrons.
Since 2020 I work as a postdoctoral fellow at ICTP and SISSA in the group of prof. Marcello Dalmonte. My current research interests are in non-equilibrium dynamics of entanglement in quantum systems and in the properties of light-matter systems.
