ICTP is launching a podcast! It's called SciVibes, and it is now online for you to listen to. This podcast brings you casual conversations with global scientists, fascinating chats that happen at coffee breaks and in the corridors with some of the thousands of scientists that visit ICTP every year.
The coming conversations with scientists will involve roman roads, paleoclimate techniques, career paths, the philosophy of science, scientific capacity building, and quantum computing, among many other subjects.
You can find SciVibes on Soundcloud, iTunes, and Stitcher, and can listen to each episode here on our website at ictp.it/scivibes.
For the first episode, we introduce you to your hosts and the podcast. For the second episode, SciVibes dives in with Professor Valérie Masson-Delmotte, senior scientist from Laboratoire des Sciences du Climat et de l'Environnement, Institut Pierre Simon Laplace, at the Université Paris Saclay/CEA/CNRS in France. She is also the co-chair of the International Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Working Group I for the AR6 cycle.
We would like to hear what you think of the show: you can rate and review on your podcast platform of choice. You can email us with any questions or comments at SciVibes(@)ictp.it — we want to hear what you think. Enjoy!
