Call for Applications

A joint doctoral programme organized by ICTP, the University of Trieste and Italy's National Institute of Oceanography and Experimental Geophysics is now accepting applications for the 2015-2016 academic year.

The interdisciplinary doctoral programme in Earth Science and Fluid Mechanics, which is taught in English,  combines research and courses to investigate the Earth's structure and physical properties and the behavior of liquids, gases and plasmas, using various methods of advanced mathematics. The goal of the programme is to prepare students for careers in research, teaching or industry.
